Developed by our award-winning chef Jeff Baker and made using only pure base ingredients including our roasted chicken stock, single malt whisky, and caramelised onion. Elevate your Burns Night celebration with this culinary masterpiece, expertly enhanced by a touch of fresh cream. The result is a tantalizingly light yet decadently rich cream sauce that envelops your senses, providing the perfect accompaniment to our iconic haggis, neeps & tatties from our exclusive Burns Night range.

To cook, reheat thoroughly over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Please note bowl is not included and is for display purposes only.

The sauce may naturally separate in the pouch, but it will come together perfectly once reheated.

Shelf life: minimum 7 days.

Ingredients: chicken stock (54%): (water, chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomato puree, sunflower oil, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), cream (milk), shallots (10.83%), dijon mustard (water, spirit vinegar, brown mustard seeds, sea salt), whisky (2.03%), butter (milk), garlic, thyme, salt, bay leaf.
