Ingredients 
    
    - 1.5kg dry cured ham uncooked
 - Stick celery roughly chopped
 - 2 x carrots roughly chopped
 - 1 x onion roughly chopped
 - 4 x garlic cloves roughly chopped
 - 12 x peppercorns
 - 2 x bay leaf
 - 12 x cloves
 - 75ml honey
 
Introduction
Any remaining can be used in a simple macaroni cheese or for a beautiful honey roast ham sandwich , a British favouriteMethod
- Bring ham to boil in large pot of fresh cold water.
 - Skim off White foam and for each 450g simmer for 30 minutes.
 - After about 1 hour 30 minutes add chopped vegetables.
 - After 2 hours of cooking time add peppercorn and bay.
 - Remove ham whilst still hot and place fat side up on a roasting tray.
 - Brush with honey and stud with cloves.
 - Place in a preheated oven 215°C for 20 minutes.
 - Remove from oven and leave to cool.
 - This is a great centre piece to any celebration buffet.
